Refund policy

Returns and exchanges of home furnishings are accepted within 14 days from when your shipment is delivered. All exchanges are dependent on existing stock. Notice must be given to us within 2 days of receipt for any problems or concerns with merchandise. Items must be in their original packaging and unused when returned.  No used merchandise will be accepted back. All sale items are final and cannot be returned, however they can be exchanged dependent on existing stock. Any item purchased at a normal price before the start of a sale may not be exchanged for items at sale price. We will not issue a credit for the difference in price on items purchased before the start of sale. Domestic customers will be provided with a return label upon request through our CONTACT link. International customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to us for the return/exchange, as well as for shipping the exchanged item back to their respective country. 

SPECIAL ORDERS: As each piece is made-to-order, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
